Time for the Tr00 Kvlt BlaK Metal test. Lets see, indecipherable logo? Check. Pentagrams and inverted crosses in the logo? Double check. One man band (this seems to be very Black Metal, bandmates are for posers)? Check. Well, Lord Oblivion, the disastermind behind this album, said himself he is not striving to be original. In this he succeeds. This is Black Metal in its truest form. Raw, grim, and frostbitten, nothing about this is melodic in any way.

The drums are machine gun fire, speeding away like a drunk driver who hit a cop car. In this case it would probably be the pope-mobile though. The growls are deep and vibrating, much like Lucifer's farts. This has everything a true Black Metal fan would love. Guess I'm a fake, oh well. Nothing about this is spectacular in any way. Wait a second, an evil chant to Satan on track four. Still not impressed. The biggest surprise is track five, which is completely industrial. While I appreciate his mutual fondness of this genre, as with the rest of the material, I have heard better. With a duration of fifteen minutes on this one track, and nothing but the same repetitive sound again and again, enough is enough. Funny how this one song is half the album.

This is not bad in any way. I'll take this over whiny emo-core any day. Lord Oblivion (a lot of royalty in metal these days) is doing what he intended to do, create bombastic Black Metal. Maybe I just need to stop being so critical and have a fucking beer. HAIL FUCKING METAL!!
    3 out of 5
