    I have been on Finnish overload the past few months. I know one can never get enough of the goodness surrounding Finnish bands; however, I am running out of positive things to say about these amazing bands.

    Thunderstone released their debut self-titled album in 2002, shortly after forming, and they have come back strong with their second release, The Burning. They have since released a third album entitled Tools of Destruction in 2005. With strong vocals courtesy of Pasi Rantanen (who sang on Stratovarius' album Infinite) these boys are unstoppable. Yes, they are another Power Metal band and yet another good band from Finland, but their creative and powerful edge strikes deep and hard.

    Fans of Stratovarius, Sonata Arctica, Hammerfall, and Manowar will feel right at home with this release. I cannot say The Burning is one of my favorite releases; however, it does display incredible musicianship and talent.
