If you throw in a pinch of straight ahead, 4/4 time signature rock to an updated version of old school melodic hardcore, what do you find? If you're in Sweden, this describes The Change to a T.

Unfortunately, that basic rock sensibility suffers on the percussive end of things. Rather than nodding your head with delight to someone like the Rolling Stones (am I now too uncool and am I not evil enough to be writing for MJ?), Olle Bjork will have you nodding out due to boredom.

Vocally, Anton Klint sounds refreshingly like Sick of it All's Lou Koller. Unfortunately, though, he possesses less ferocity compared to Koller, rendering his overall impact to feel and sound monotonous.

Aside from the drums, there isn't anything that jumps out as being particularly that bad. They're competent, um, but it's just boring as hell. That's all.

The beauty of internet media is that you can have lengthy articles, interviews and reviews. But in this case, there is nothing more to say. The Change is boring. Period.

Let me ask y'all something. Why are Swedes so damn good looking? Now I can say this with full security in my sexuality, but I can tell when another dude is good looking. Everyone in this band looks like a model for Christ's sake!

They're probably sad because they're a very crappy band, but I'm sure the hordes of groupies they're probably hooking up with are taking very good care of them.
