    Self-proclaimed "Razorgrinder's," Leng Tch'e have managed to come up with quite an interesting band name to go along with their robust sound. Leng Tch'e means "death by a thousand cuts" - apparently this is an ancient form of Japanese torture used to slowly murder victims while they are too drugged up to feel anything, until they are ready to embrace death. Now that I have gotten that out of the way, I shall continue with this review...

    With song titles such as: "You Fat Prick," "The Happy Retard," "Life is an STD," and "Still From Da Hood," I could not stop laughing my fucking ass off. The lyrics to the songs were equally as awful. But, with a member like Sven (Aborted) in the band, I did not go any further judging Man Made Predator by its package without a listen.

    Musically, these guys have definitive talent, but I was not very impressed - to say the least. They use quite a number of samples to introduce their songs, including one from Carrie, ha ha. To make things worse, any time I see more than - let's just say - 14 songs on an album, I tend to get a little nervous - I start to anticipate boredom. The longest song on this 19-track album was about 3 minutes long, which was relieving. Leng Tch'e sound much like Blood Duster with their fast, extremely short blasts, and sharp, guttural vocals.

    Although Leng Tch'e does possess a potent ability to play fast-paced, Grind-style Metal, I was not completely into them. By the end of Man Made Predator I was a bit bored with their monotonous sound. I think Sven should stick to Aborted solely, because that is where his perfection shines the brightest. If you are into repetitive Grind/Death, then you will love this album, but to me, I have one too many "Leng Tch'es" in my collection already.
