My thoughts on it: The new vocalist Jonny Lindkvist is a lot better singer than the last singer (Anders Zackrisson) and has more range. The songs are killer and not fantasy, but more Death Metal-like lryics. The cd is the best Nocturnal Rites cd ever. The production is also excellent, actually the best ever Nocturnal Rites production. If you were looking for a godly band between Riot and Iced Earth without any doubts this cd is for you.
