Oh my god. What the fuck are these guys thinking about? Steel, honour, glory... please STOP IT!!!For you losers out there that like this band, and buy their records, let me remind you that Hammercrap started as a joke band. Formed by formed by In Flames' Jesper Stroemlad main man and others, it finally became a serious band (serious??? haha).
There is really no point bitchin' this piece of crap.
Oh, and Hammerfall are from Sweden not Germany, dude... and Germany is certanly not the lamest place on the planet.

Fuck you if you like them."Their first album sucked, their second album sucked, and this album fuckin' SUCKS!!!! I'm convinced that these guys writing a song without using the words "Steel," "Metal," "Honour," "Glory," or "Fighting" is one of the signs of the apocalypse. These guys are the Bon Jovi of their day, and if you deny it, you are a wuss. One day 15 years from now you and your children will be laughing at the shitty music you used to listen to, as it plays on one of those "Where are they now?" radio shows.

Hi Gang, Matt The Pirate from LOOT & PLUNDER METAL MAGAZINE here. After reading HEL's review of Renegade I just had to jump in to the fray to support her. She nailed it down perfect when she spoke of the god awful chrorus "Ren-e-gade, Ren-e-gade" and the painfully tired track "The Way Of The Warrior". Even "true metalers" deserve better than this. Yes, there are some catchy parts on this album and the musicianship is adequate but it seems to me that both of the first two Hammerfall albums were better. I'll be fair and give them a C- for their efforts but if you want good true/power metal you are 100 times better off with Freternia/Iron Savior/Gamma Ray/Running Wild/Crystal Eyes etc. etc. Heck, check out the new White Skull (Public Glory, Secret Agony) if you want outstanding catchy power metal; it blows this bland effort from Hammerfall into the weeds.
