After Resurrection, like most of the people I was waiting for something like 'Resurrection 2'. Although Resurrection was a good comeback album for Halford, I never liked it as much as Priest era. Well, here is the second album from Halford, which not only blows my mind with excellent metal, but also proves that Rob Halford still has a crystal clear and so powerful voice in spite of his age. Every song in the album is such a classic, and candidate to bang your head. Particularly, "Crucible," "One Will," "Betrayal," "Golgatha" and "Wrath of Gods" are the highlights of the album. Since Painkiller, Crucible is the heaviest effort of Rob Halford. Just do yourself a favor, add this metal classic to your archive, you won t be disappointed at all.
