    The Best metal Album of The Year? I think so! God Forbid not only comes across as full of energy and anger but yet they hit almost every aspect from every angle possible of today's and tomorrow's metal music scene. Anyone who would disagree should most definitely give another listen to it and you would probably change your mind. As far as live goes? They don't have much of a stage show (meaning props such as fire,etc.) but when you're a band like God Forbid you dont need all that shit, and anyone else who's seen them would probably agree. If ya don't see a doctor!
