BUY THIS ALBUM NOW!!!!!!!!!!!I frequently find myself having conversations with old metal heads that are no longer part of the scene. Usually, these fellas tell me that bands just aren't making heavy music anymore-- that the Slayers that gave us Reign in Blood, the Metallicas that gave us Master..,. the 'Deths that gave us Rust in Peace, and the Anthraxes that gave us Among the Living are all gone, and that metal as a whole is far past its prime. In fact, to some of these old school fans, metal just isn't relevant anymore. Well, obviously nothing could be further from the truth, and Firedemon is a blazing ball of blistering metal proof.
Firedemon is the Reign in Blood of our time. There is no filler on this album, just pure fuckin' thrash mayhem. These boys from Sweden play their metal the way it should be played-- fast, fast, and heavy as fuck!!!
Also, keep in mind the ages of these guys. If Im not mistaken, almost all of 'em are under twenty-five years old, and like it or not, youth IS important in metal. I love these guys and everytime I listen to this album I want to stab, hack and kill everything I see. I mean, this album is like angel dust for the diehard thrash fan.
Every song slays. Every song... A must have record.
