This is Cannibal Corpse's best album ever. Every track on this CD is dark, brutal, chilling and blood-spattered with epic-like tales of torture & destruction. If you don't even like Cannibal Corpse but like death metal you'll love this CD. George Fisher's vocals are killer. The artwork on the front of the CD is pretty stupid-looking. Don't let that fool you. This is one of my favorite CDs.

Cannibal Corpse has to be the worst band in metal history! I enjoy death metal, but Cannibal Corpse is the most popular Death Metal in existence, which really sucks because they are terrible! Every song sounds the same, their lyrics are just stupid and I wouldn't say the other members have any talent either. Their popularity is the biggest fluke in history!!!!!!

This is, without a doubt, the best Cannibal Corpse album. I know I'll get shit for this, but Chris Barnes' vocals sucked. Corpsegrinder's vocals may not be as low as Barnes', but they are more unpredictable, faster, and much more brutal.Alright, now for the review. Vile and Gallery of Suicide were both good albums, but they each had one too many filler songs. Fortunately, Bloodthirst does not continue this trend. Each song will make you want to beat the nearest person in sight to death. Alex Webster's bass playing is the best I've heard in death metal yet, and Corpsegrinder is at the top of his game. Choice tracks would be, ummm, all of them really!
I definitely recommend this cd to all death heads out there. This is one of those cds that won't leave your player for quite some time.

This is a kind of biased review for me becasue I have never been a very big Cannibal Corpse fan. For me it seemed the gore concept sometimes made up for the lack of musical relevance. On the other hand, this is by far my favorite Cannibal album to date. The guitar patterns are far more diverse on this album, methinks Pat from Nevermore has something to do with this. And thanx to the great production of Colin Richardson you can actully hear those guitar patterns. Corpsegrinder's vocals may not be as low as Chris Barnes, but he is much faster and has a bigger range. I am suprised by the amount of maturity Cannibal Corpse's music now has. My favorite songs are "Dead Human Collection" and "Bloodthirst".

Shit they just keep getting better and better. This album has amazing everything. Especially the guitar and bass work, fucking sick. This shit blows by you way too fast. A lot faster and technical than the older shit. Fucking amazing, get this shit now.

Solid release from one of today's premiere death metal outfits. Good combination between pure death metal and some black metallish riffs. Not one of the year's top five but maybe top ten!
